The room we had included climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. Private bathroom was big. The location was perfect - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Rooms were neat and clean with acceptable comfort, lower level rooms are newly renovated and get more sun light.

There's no elevator from the parking and entrance to the first floor (where reception is located), it is a bit far from the subway station and you have to walk around 5-8 minutes to get to 2 the nearest station.

Everyone there was super nice. If I needed help finding anything the clerks spoke some english and helped us. They even planned one of our days and it was really cool.

It made my trip to Madrid a really great experience. Incredibly friendly hotel managed by pleasant people. - Its location near Calderon football stadium was particularly good and marvelous.
